INFORMATION FORM FOR THE UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Croatia, you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the Contract without stating the reasons within 14 days after the date of delivery of the product, and you are responsible for any impairment of the purchased product as a result of handling the purchased product.
If you are dissatisfied with the product, you can replace it with a new one or return it alongside a refund within 14 days after receiving the product at your address.

In order to be entitled to unilaterally terminate this Contract, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the Contract unilaterally before the deadline by making an unequivocal statement by filling out the online form at www.teiller.com/returns stating the order number, your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the Contract via email without delay.

The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days after the day the goods that are the subject of the Contract were handed over to you or to a third person who is not a carrier and is designated by you.

If you unilaterally terminate this Contract, we will refund the amount we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days after the date we have received your decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract, unless you have chosen another type of delivery which is not the cheapest standard delivery we have offered, in which case the refund will be performed in the same way that you have made the payment.

The refund will be performed in the same way that you have made the payment. In the event that you agree to another form of refund for the amount paid, you will not incur any costs in relation to the refund. We can perform the refund only after the goods are returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods to our address listed in this Form.

Return the goods without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after the day you have sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the Contract. It will be considered that you have fulfilled your obligation in due time if you send or hand over the goods to us, or to the person we have authorized to receive the goods, before the expiry of the above deadline.
The direct costs for returning the goods will be borne by you.
You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than the handling which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. Product handling diminishes the value of the product.
